How to return to default internet browser settings?

I have a macbook pro, I was tinkering with my internet display settings (ignorantly) and changed something major accidentally. My browser is mostly white now, but still functional. Some images do not appear at all however, and this is quite problematic. Is there anyway to go back to the original settings?How to return to default internet browser settings?
To reset IE..

Open IE

Got To Tools

Go To internet properties

Click on advance tab

click on reset

then there you go
