How to change ps3 display settings?

I try to change from HDMI to SCART but it doesnt work how do you do it , its so enoying !!!How to change ps3 display settings?
if after you connect through SCART and the TV remains blank, turn the ps3 off, then turn it back on but hold the on button until it beeps a second time. This resets the display function and you'll be able to see it..not sure why you want to change from HD to scart though hahaHow to change ps3 display settings?
Plug the PS3 at the laptop with any cable.



Then hold the ps3 turn on button for 15 ~20 seconds.

Then the PS3 will turn on at Recovery mode and you ll be able to play xD
