as i switch on the computer and click the messenger button my name along with my password is displayed. I dont want my name to be displayed always. how do i change this.How do I change the settings of Yahoo messenger?
You have saved your username / password in messenger.
If you are already login in messenger. Use Signout from messenger menu to sign out of YM. Now on th login screen you have option Remember my Id and password. Uncheck it. and now login.
This will remove the saved password. Now restart YM and check if it is ok.
