How do i fix my PC native settings permanently?

from time to time my display settings changes automatically and i have to manually set it back,I have a 17'; monitor with the following PC specs:

You possible don't have the correct graphics driver on your system or it is possible that after you finished the setting you mentioned, you did not click on Apply or Ok to effect the changes you made.How do i fix my PC native settings permanently?
