How can i change my wallpaper after removing Anti Virus XP?

I just removed Antivirus XP but I can't seem to change the display settings to get my wallpaper changed and the screen saver back. The file the manual thing told me to look for cannot be found on my computer. Any help?How can i change my wallpaper after removing Anti Virus XP?
