Mac Video help!? Accidentally changed display settings!?

I accidentally set my Mac Mini's display settings to PAL rather then NTSC and my TV isn't PAL so I can;t see anything on the display but a ';scrolling'; black and white picture of my desktop. How can I get it back to normal? Is there some command I can put in at startup that will default the settings?Mac Video help!? Accidentally changed display settings!?
Reset the NVRAM: reboot and right when you hear the chimes hold the COMMAND+OPTION+P+R keys for a few seconds (until you hear the chimes again).

The last video display settings are stored in the NVRAM and resetting it will go back to the stock settings.
