How do i change my computers color-bit to 32-bits?

So my computer screen color is set too 24-bits of color and i ned 32 to run a program. I went to display%26gt;settings and then tryed to change the settings but 32 isnt a option. Im wondering how or if i can change it to 32-bits.How do i change my computers color-bit to 32-bits?
